Akhtar Javaid Law Associates is a Lahore based law firm while its branch office is located in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman where a team of lawyers and consultants renders services in the area of formation of companies, joint venture arrangements between local and foreign companies, identification of appropriate and suitable local and foreign partners/investors, arrangement of all legal documents for the companies in accordance with the Laws of Oman including registration of documents, obtaining NOC from the concerned departments, embassies etc. The firm is also in a process of establishing its branches in Dubai, Islamabad, and Sargodha. Malik Akhtar Javaid is the founding member of the law firm. AJLA is a firm of advocates and legal consultants and provides comprehensive legal services of all kinds. Legal Coordinator is responsible for running the operational affairs of the Firm in addition to performing a key role in handling all the legal matters. Contract Specialist is another key opposition whose role is to manage a project at a given time and is responsible for the successful delivery of the project. The acquisition of a project entails the deputation of a dedicated team leader on the task who manages all the operational affairs of the project including resource mobilization, training and development etc. The role of the Drafting expert is important as he is required to draft different types of commercial agreements, security documents etc. The Legal Expert renders his professional services within the firm on the basis of his legal acumen, and legal exposure of all the foreign and national laws including the constitutions of the world and other statutory laws governing different situations. The support staff includes, but not limited to, Research Analysts, and other associates etc. who provide support to the legal advisor and other senior members of the firm.
